| With its advantages of personalized customization and rapid prototyping,3D printing technology has become a popular direction in the field of industrial design.Widely used in many fields such as medical equipment,automobile manufacturing,industrial design and so on.At present,the application range of 3D printing has gradually penetrated from the theoretical model to the actual industrial production.This makes 3D printing closer to people’s production and life,and lays the foundation for desktop-level 3D printing equipment to enter thousands of households.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for 3D printed materials.In this paper,starting from the functionalization of 3D printing materials,fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology is used to compositely modify the materials by melt blending to prepare functionalized 3D printing materials.conclusion as below:1.According to industry standards,from the aspects of apparent performance,flow performance,mechanical performance,thermal performance,and material safety performance,formulate plastic wire standards for 3D printing material extrusion molding to ensure the accuracy of printing production.2.Adopt bromoalkane and N,N-dimethylethylenediamine to synthesize the quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent QDED.QDED has a minimum inhibitory concentration of 4 μg/mL for S.aureus and 8 μg/mL for E.aureus.QDED has good antibacterial properties.ABS-g-MAH is used as the interface agent to prepare antibacterial ABS wire for 3D printing.In the melt blending process,the amino group in QDED reacts with the MAH in ABS-g-MAH at high temperature to form an amide group.In the scanning electron microscope pictures,observe that QDED is evenly dispersed in ABS without agglomeration.When the QDED content is 3Phr,the film test results show that the ABS/QDED composite material has obvious antibacterial properties against S.aureus and E.aureus.3.Preparation of ABS/QDED/PL A degradable 3D printed composite material by melt extrusion method,the same as ABS/QDED composite material.When the QDED content is 3Phr,the film method is tested.Antibacterial.When the addition of PLA is 20%,the mechanical properties of the ABS/QDED/PLA composite are the most excellent,and the dynamic frequency scanning curve of the material shows that the storage modulus(G ’)>loss modulus(G "),between Strong adhesion.Conducive to 3D printing and molding.ABS/QDED/PLA composite material was tested for degradation,and the fragmentation degradation was completed within four weeks under alkaline conditions.4.The bio-based degradable materials PBS and PBAT are used to modify PLA.When PBS and PBAT are 30%,the mechanical properties of PLA decrease dramatically;when the addition amounts of PBS and PBAT are 10%and 20%,complete Degradable and tough 3D printed wire.When the added amounts of PBS and PBAT are 10%and 20%,the storage modulus(G ’)>loss modulus(G "),the material has strong adhesion.Five groups of materials,PBS,PBAT,PLA,PBS:PLA 80:20 and PBAT:PLA 80:20,were tested for degradation performance.After four weeks under alkaline conditions,PBS and PBAT were completely degraded.PBS:PLA 80:20 left about 30%of material fragments,PBAT:PLA 80:20 left about 20%of material fragments,and PLA left about 40%of material fragments.The degradation performance of PBS and PBAT is better than PLA.Adding PBS and PBAT to PLA can accelerate the degradation of the material. |
