With the rapid development of supramolecular chemistry,the application of supramolecular chemistry has received more attention.Among them,the fluorescent sensors have became an important research direction in supramolecular chemistry,due to its high sensitivity to detect the substance and easy to handle and prepare.A variety of fluorescent sensors have been developed based on different chemical structures.The fluorescence sensor based on macrocyclic compounds is one of vital constituent parts in this field.In this dissertation,a new generation of macrocyclic compounds-pillararenes was used to construct the fluorescent sensor,and the fluorescent sensor was fixed on the surface of cellulose paper by chemical modification,this fluorescent functionalized paper can further simplify the detection of fluorescent sensor,easy to carry and low price.The main experimental contents of this dissertation are as follows:First of all,p-methoxyphenol,1,3-dibromopropane and polyformaldehyde were used to synthesize monofunctionalized pillar[5]arene 04F through four steps of synthesis,NMR and MS were used to confirm the structure of these compounds.And then hydroxyl groups of glucoses in the cellulose was oxidized with sodium periodate,condensation with the amino group in the pillar[5]arene and reduction of Schiff base obtained.Next,fluorescent indicator was introduced onto paper by non-covalent interactions,after that fluorescent functionalized paper was prepared.XPS,SEM were used to analyze the modified cellulose paper surface to confirm 04F was modified on the surface.After that,UV-Vis was used to detect the combination form of monofunctionalized pillar[5]arene 04F with fluorescent molecules and binding constant(268 M-1),the detection performance of this functionalized paper for different substances were further studied quantitatively and qualitatively by fluorescence spectrum and UV lamp,the results show that this functionalized paper based on pillararene have a good detection ability for the substance,we can observe the fluorescence changes of test paper by naked eyes and it can detect cyanide ions with a concentration of 10-7?10-3M.
