In recent years,the development of wearable equipment has been rapid,and today 5G technology is about to be popularized,wearable equipment is more and more promising.Wearable devices need flexible materials.Supercapacitors,as energy storage devices with good cycle stability and high power density,also need to adapt to new requirements.In this paper,while preparing supercapacitor materials with high specific capacitance,we strive to make the materials have good mechanical properties at the same time,as follows:(1)Boron doped graphene/polypyrrole gel was prepared by one-step hydrothermal method and aerogels were obtained by natural drying.The strategy of improving mechanical properties of aerogels by boron doping and natural drying is proved to be effective in experiments.The highest value of the specific capacitance of aerogels can reach 269F/g,and the mechanical properties of aerogels can be good.The capacitors were fabricated and assembled from the materials,and similar rules were obtained with the three-electrode test.The relationship between material ratio,specific capacitance and mechanical properties was studied.(2)Pyrrole in boron-doped graphene/polypyrrole system was replaced by aniline,which has similar properties with pyrrole but cheaper and a series of experiments was conducted.The results show that boron doping and natural drying are still effective in improving mechanical properties.The obtained aerogel has a highest value of 314F/g and has certain mechanical properties.The capacitors were fabricated and assembled from the materials,and similar conclusions were obtained with the three-electrode test.The relationship between material ratio,specific capacitance and mechanical properties was studied.(3)Introducing PVA into boron doped graphene/polyaniline system aims at improving the mechanical properties of gel and directly preparing self supporting electrode.The experimental results show that the improvement of mechanical properties by boron is still effective in the new system with the introduction of PVA.A series of ratios were designed to study the relationship between material ratio and mechanical properties.The gel was fabricated into three dimensional cylindrical capacitor and two dimensional film capacitor,and the relationship between electrochemical performance and material ratio was studied.The specific capacitance of two-dimensional film capacitors can reach 237.2m F/cm~2.
