Hydraulic fracturing can effectively transform oil and gas reservoirs and promote rapid percolation of oil and gas within the reservoir.It is widely used for oil and gas reservoirs to increase production and injection.Fracturing fluid is an important part of fracturing construction.Its main function is to transmit pressure to promote formation of fractures and to carry proppant to fill fractures.Fracture fluid residue content is an important indicator for examining the performance of fracturing fluids,especially for low-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs,and the effective development of natural gas and shale gas reservoirs.The formation of a low-residue and low-damage fracturing fluid system has become a key factor affecting the fracturing construction effect.This article analyzes the water insolubles,thickener ratio,additives,crosslinker concentration,and the amount of breaker in the fracturing fluid system one by one to test and determine the residues of the fracturing fluid system under different conditions.Based on this,the key breakthrough method was adopted,and the test was conducted in the laboratory and the preparation site in different stages and different occasions.The formula was adjusted for the conventional fracturing fluid system under different temperature conditions.Results The fracturing fluid residue content was greatly reduced on the premise of meeting industry standards and on-site construction requirements.The clean and efficient fracturing fluid system and non-reverse fracturing fluid system for low-permeability reservoirs are studied.Based on the rate damage evaluation method,steps were adjusted,and the matrix permeability damage rate test was performed at the same time as the residue content test of the fracturing fluid system was performed.It was proved that the two fracturing fluid systems can greatly reduce the damage to the formation and are suitable for low permeability reservoirs Floor.Through a large number of experiments,on the one hand,the main factors affecting the fracturing fluid residues are determined,and the proportion is optimized to reduce the residue content;on the other hand,the fracturing fluid permeability damage evaluation method is optimized,and it proves that the two low residue fracturing fluid systems can Suitable for low permeability reservoirs.
