The oil area of Q9Ng3 western work area is 2.45km~2,the geological reserves is215.1×10~4t.Up to February of 2017,There are 19 horizontal wells in the western work area totally.The whole development effectivenes of horizontal wells is well at the initial stage of production,but with the increase of production time,The development effect is getting worse and worse,The main manifestation is the uneven distribution of liquid production in Ng31small layer.Large difference in fluid production per well;Generally high water content in Ng33+4+5 small layer.The average water content is 91.8%?Based on the current development situation,To guide the next development work,Improving the Development Effect of Horizontal Wells,Aiming at the problems of low liquid and high water cut in horizontal wells of Q9Ng3 western work area,Through a lot of research Achievements for Horizontal Well Treatment with Low Efficiency in China?residual oil research?Evaluation of Development Effectiveness and the Limits of Rational Development of Technological Policies,based on previous research results,we expansion the Research on Development Countermeasure of Low Efficiency Horizontal Wells for Q9Ng3 western work area.This paper is based on the previous research,Reservoir geology research has been carried out in the Q9Ng3 western work area,a new understanding has been obtained,The problems of stratigraphic correlation and fault division in the early stage have been solved.Recalculated reservoirs of each layer.Application of numerical simulation method,studied the distribution rule of the residual oil.Aiming at the problems of low liquid and high water cut in horizontal wells of Q9Ng3 western work area,we expansion the Research on Development Countermeasure of Low Efficiency Horizontal Wells for Q9Ng3 western work area.The causes of low efficiency wells are analyzed,The direction and Countermeasures of low-efficiency horizontal well treatment are determined.Specific treatment schemes are given for each well that needs to be treated,The workload of governance was counted,The development indicators after adjustment are predicted.The average additional production capacity in the first three years after adjustment is predicted to be 0.2×104 t,Comparisons with the predicted results of the original basic scheme,increase oil by 4 x 104 t after Fifteen years later,The ultimate recovery rate increased by 2.7%.
