| In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,acidizing and plug removal technology is constantly emerging,and comprehensive plug removal technology has made considerable development.Due to the continuous progress of technology,in order to remove formation damage and restore oil well productivity,organic and inorganic composite plug removal technology is generally used.However,organic and inorganic composite plug removal technology can only be used for single or specific reservoir pollution type,and the effect of plug removal is greatly restricted.The effect of organic and inorganic compound plugging removal can be obtained by using compound plugging removal agent.However,in low-permeability reservoir,especially in heavy oil and super heavy oil wells,due to the low formation energy,the composite type of plug removal shows short action cycle,and the cost exceeds expectations.According to the characteristics of polluted wells in low permeability reservoir,developing a set of comprehensive plug removal and stimulation technology for polluted wells in low permeability reservoir can effectively reduce the cost of process construction and effectively control reservoir pollution.The study and experiment of contaminated Wells in the area of low permeability reservoir in Huanbei are mainly based on the combination of theoretical study and field experiment,analyze the reasons of oil well plugging,and compare the plugging removal effect of different plugging removal technologies by elaborating the mechanism of different acidizing and plugging removal.Through the analysis and optimization of different types of pollution well plug remover and field feasible plug removal technology construction method.Nitrogen foam plugging removal technology,multi hydrogen acid plugging removal technology,retarding acid plugging removal technology,selection of detergent formulations,and feasible scheme for comprehensive plugging removal technology suitable for experimental blocks were selected.The advantages and disadvantages of the experiment were analyzed,and the technological process was optimized continuously,and the appropriate plugging removal process was determined to solve the problem of fast reaction speed and small processing radius of conventional blockage remover.,it is easy to produce secondary sedimentation and uneven acid distribution.After implementation,it effectively solves the problem of plugging in water injection wells,improves the water injection capacity,and provides technical guarantee for normal water injection in water injection wells. |
