| In order to meet the needs of population growth and economic and social development,human beings can not get rid of the dependence on oil,but the shortage of oil forces people to constantly seek more resources.In the proven oil reservoir,a large part of the oil is contained in the tight shale,which can not be effectively exploited by conventional oil recovery methods.Under this background,ASP flooding technology came into being.Considering that in the process of ASP flooding,it is difficult to control the overall movement of oil droplets and how to adjust the recovery rate,so it is very important to use the numerical simulation software for the analysis of the process of oil droplet coalescence and the factors affecting the rate of oil droplet coalescence.Based on the laminar flow model,the physical model of oil droplet coalescence in microporous channel is established.Based on three conservation laws and multiphase flow model,a geometric model is established in Solid Works by using a numerical simulation method.This physical model is meshed by ICEM software.Combined with the physical model and numerical model,based on VOF model and unsteady fluid flow model,combined with the influence factors selected in this paper,ANSYS is used Fluent software simulates the process of oil droplet coalescence in microporous channel and draws the corresponding conclusion.In this paper,the physical model and mathematical model of oil droplet coalescence in microporous channel are established successfully,and the numerical simulation of the process is carried out.In this paper,four factors,i.e.the relative angle between oil drops,the distance between oil drops,the particle size ratio of oil drops,and the concentration of incompatible liquid phase in the dispersed phase,have negative effects on the process of oil drop coalescence,that is,with the increase of the relative angle between oil drops,the distance between oil drops,the particle size ratio of oil drops,and the concentration of incompatible liquid phase in the dispersed phase,the coalescence rate of oil drops decreases.The results of the numerical simulation of oil drop coalescence in this paper are consistent with the theory of liquid drop coalescence,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis in this paper.The last research method proposed in this paper provides an analysis idea for the process of oil displacement in the tertiary oil recovery.The analysis results have certain guiding significance for the process of oil drop coalescence and large oil drop production in the process of oil displacement in the tertiary oil recovery. |
