With the development and progress of society,people's demands for living standards have raised to higher requirements,both spiritually and materially.As an important material for interior decoration,decorative materials play an important role in beautifying the environment and improving people's happiness index.The use of biomass materials(such as wood,condensed wood,etc.)for decoration meets the requirement of high-quality life,and is an important guarantee for human living environment and health.The research on the formation and color change of the surface coating material is also of particular importance,especially for photochromism,which has become one of the most concerned issues in the industry.This paper first discusses the problem of photochromism that occurs in photochromism causedby oxidative degradation of non-polymer materials,that is,the photochromic mechanism analysis of decorative materials—PVC patches.Based on the theoretical interpretation of the proposed grating diffraction,experimental verification was conducted accordingly;then we focused on three categories of five kinds of decorative materials(PP coating materials,PVC veneer,polyurethane paint).Specifically,how the surface roughness of the change affects the color measured by chromaticity index was studied;finally,based on the basic theory of forming color,the mechanism of color change is discussed and analyzed,and a more reasonable theoretical explanationthe was given by combining concept of structural color in bionics.The Research results indicate:In the photochromism of the surface coating of biomassdecoration materials,there will be discoloration caused by physical factors;the change of the surface appearance will directly affect its visual color to a certain extent,similar to the red shift observed for PP material;the discoloration rule is different for different materials,and the color change of samples with dark color is more obvious than that with light color.For example,the change of the main wavelength for PVC is 3.7 nm in dark colors and only 0.3 nm in light colors;The mechanism of this color change is mainly the influence of structural color rather than the influence of pigment color;analysis of the samples used in this experiment shows that the main contribution of structural color generation comes from the influence of light diffraction and photonic crystal,and the proportion of photonic crystal increases in moderate roughness(600 mesh polishing);active use and development of new color development technologies,such as the use of structural colors to meet the color needs of decorative materials,will be more environmentally friendly and beneficial to human body and mind health.
