| Silk is a symbol of Chinese traditional culture,from silk reeling to weaving into silk.It has embroidered a glorious chapter for the Chinese national culture and made an indelible contribution to the development of the world’s human civilization.The texture,exquisite colors and rich artistic connotations of silks are famous in the world.Silk has been endowed with new cultural connotation,but there is still no absolute conclusion about the origin and spread of silks.So generations of scholars have committed to the study of the origin and spread of silk.This paper studies the traceability of silk fabrics based on the stable isotope technology,by analyzing the nutrient transport process of silkworm,the light stable isotope change in the process of degumming and dyeing aging of silk fabrics,the internal relationship between the light stable isotope composition of mulberry,silkworm and silk,which may provide certain basic data for the traceability of silk origin.First,two series of two different hybridization methods of silkworm were fed with mulberry leaves from Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province.The samples of silkworm body and silkworm sand were collected every day during the whole life cycle of silkworm.The samples of cocoon and chrysalis were collected during cocooning.Secondly,the light stable isotopic composition of the samples was detected,and the light stable isotopic value characteristics of mulberry leaves,silkworm ants,silkworm body,silkworm sand,cocoon and chrysalis were explored.At last,through different degumming treatment of cocoons in different areas,as well as plant dye dyeing and UV wet and heat aging treatment of silk fabrics in different areas,the light stable isotope value of samples was detected,and the influence of degumming and dyeing aging on light stable isotope of cocoons and silk fabrics was explored.The results showed that the hybridization method of silkworm had little effect on the light stable isotope values of silkworms.The stable isotope composition of carbon and nitrogen was different in the growth process of different series of silkworm eggs,but the stable isotope of hydrogen and oxygen was consistent.The carbon and nitrogen in the silkworm’s sediment were always depleted in the carbon and nitrogen in the silkworm’s body,while the hydrogen in the silkworm’s sediment was relatively enriched,with little change in the silkworm’s sediment and the silkworm’s body The fractionation of stable isotopes of carbon,nitrogen,hydrogen and oxygen in mulberry leaves,silkworms and silkworms was studied.By linear discriminant analysis,96%of mulberry leaves,ants,silkworms,silkworm bodies,pupae,cocoons and raw silk can be distinguished,and different silkworm tissues can be distinguished well.Degumming has a certain influence on the stable hydrogen and oxygen isotope values of cocoons,but this change is inconsistent.Dyeing with plant dyes will lead to the depletion of stable hydrogen and oxygen isotope values,and different aging.The influence degree of mode on stable isotopes of hydrogen and oxygen is different. |
