| In order to prevent disasters and ensure road safety of high-speed railway,set up a high-speed railway disaster prevention and safety monitoring system.The high-speed railway disaster prevention and safety monitoring system plays an extremely important role in disaster prevention and traffic safety in high-speed railway operation.It is used to achieve unified command of driving,ensure the safety of driving,according to real-time monitoring,centralized management and analysis of natural about natural disasters or human disaster(strong winds,heavy rain,heavy snow,earthquakes,foreign encroachment limit etc.).Using information collection layer equipment is responsible for monitoring and transmitting common meteorological disaster information,the collection layer equipment is mainly arranged along the railway line of disaster sensors and base station monitoring units,its monitoring data is the main source of information of disaster prevention and safety monitoring system,but also the most important component of the system,this paper focuses on the design of the design object is the information collection layer monitoring unit.First of all,the thesis analyzes the disaster prevention situation of high-speed railway and introduces the situation of high-speed railway road disaster prevention monitoring system at home and abord,analyzes the overall structure,function and main monitoring content of the high-speed railway disaster prevention and safety monitoring system,and puts forward the design scheme based on the PXI bus monitoring unit,and analyzes the composition of the hardware part of the monitoring unit.Also,this paper focuses on the hardware part of the data acquisition module specific design,including signal conditioning,A/D conversion,data storage and PXI interface control,data acquisition modules are designed based on FPGA(field programmable logic gate array),in order to ensure the reliability of collected data in the design of channel isolation,noise suppression,power isolation and other technologies.Secondly,using LabWindows/CVI for the software platform for device driver and application development,setting up a debugging platform for monitoring unit debugging,giving the debugging process and results analysis,discussing the reliability and acquisition accuracy of the data acquisition module of the monitoring unit,using the minimum square method for parameter calibration,the calibration process is programmed,and the results of calibration are given.Finally,through analysis and comparison,the PXI bus-based monitoring unit meets the design requirements and can be used in the actual high-speed railway disaster prevention and safety monitoring. |
