Natural gas has inflammable,explosive,toxic or corrosive characteristics,coupled with the gas pipeline along the geographical environment is complex,climate conditions change,high transmission pressure,once the pipeline itself or by external damage leakage or rupture,easily cause fire and explosion,pollution of the environment and other malignant consequences.In densely populated areas,pipeline accidents often cause great loss of life and property.Gas pipeline accidents will also cause upstream oil and gas fields and downstream enterprises to suspend production,interrupt the life of urban residents gas supply,affect the daily life of thousands of households,interfere with the normal social order.There are many factors that affect the safe operation of natural gas pipeline,such as external interference,corrosion and aging of pipeline itself,design defects,illegal operation,natural disasters and so on.And external disturbance are threats to pipeline safety one of the most important factors,external disturbance or third party personnel during the engineering construction,farmland farming operations using large mechanical excavation soil damage to pipeline,which has complex causes,strong randomness,not easy to predict and control etc.,has been the key points and difficulties of pipeline management.Pipeline patrol is the main means for pipeline enterprises to deal with external interference and plays an important role in the safe and smooth operation of pipelines.Gas pipeline patrol efficiency is closely related to patrol personnel distribution and patrol path.This paper takes the patrol optimization of gas transmission pipeline as the research object and does the following research work:This paper analyzes the current status of pipeline circuit patrol,introduces the situation of SNL gas pipeline and the current patrol scheme,and summarizes the pipeline patrol mechanism and its shortcomings.The whole SNL network is integrated into a whole to consider the optimization of patrol scheme.According to the task requirements of pipeline patrol,the pipeline patrol model was established.According to the constraint conditions,the SNL gas transmission pipeline was divided into 9 regions,each region was equipped with one vehicle and two patrol personnel,so that the working hours did not exceed the patrol cycle of the station and the line,and an optimized patrol scheme requiring 9 patrol vehicles was obtained.The optimization of patrol scheme also solves the problem of unsaturation and unbalance of workload.Finally,the optimized scheme is compared with the original scheme of SNL pipeline by seven indexes including patrol resources.The results show that the method adopted in this paper can find the optimal patrol mode that meets the conditions.
