With the development of railway logistics,the problem of the refined oil transportation has attracted much attention to oil refineries.It's very important for the oil transportation station to ensure the efficient and stable of the refined oil railway loading process.According to the characteristics of the refined oil distribution in the oil transportation station,firstly,the current development and the application of the refined oil logistics optimization system are introduced,the relationship between the refined oil loading control system and marshalling scheduling is noticed.Then,the current situation and problems of the oil transportation station are introduced in detail,the optimization scheme of the oil transportation station from the two aspects of loading link and marshalling scheduling link is introduced,so as to improve the logistics benefit of the refined oil railway loading and outward transportation.The main works are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of refined oil distribution process and actual loading process,the concept of refined oil distribution,vehicle scheduling theory of refined oil distribution,system simulation technology,lean production theory and genetic algorithm optimization theory are put forward to provide theoretical basis for the optimization scheme.2.According to the current situation of the loading control system of the oil transportation station,the concept of loading dispatching control system is put forward.According to the composition and characteristics of the filling station,the layout and loading process of the oil transportation station are studied,the content of the optimization scheme is obtained.3.In view of the deficiencies in the current process,the optimization scheme is constructed,which is optimized from the two parts of loading control system and marshalling scheduling.For the optimization part of the loading control system,the design of the crane pipe,the requirements of the railway special line,the setting of the loading stack,the selection and check of the pipe diameter of the oil pipeline,and the selection of the oil pump are optimized in theory.For the scheduling problem of the tanker marshalling scheduling involved in the optimization of the loading process,the coding method of the genetic algorithm is given,which provides the optimization of the simulation model theoretical basis.4.According to the tank scheduling scheme,the actual operation process simulation model is established.Firstly,the order of the oil transportation station on a certain day is selected as the simulation content to verify the feasibility of the simulation model.In order to achieve the optimization goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,in the simulation experiment,through the operation of the genetic algorithm module,the optimal number of chromosomes is selected to optimize the operation sequence.The feasibility of the simulation model is verified by comparing the actual scheduling data with it.Based on the basic scheduling model scheme,the optimal scheduling scheme is obtained.
