| In this paper,through the flotation optimization test of some refractory wolframite with high mud in Jiangxi Province,according to the composition characteristics of the ore samples,the test scheme of removal of sulfide ore and flotation of wolframite was adopted.In this paper,the reagent system of removing sulfide ore and flotation of wolframite was studied in detail,and the toluene arsenic acid(benzylarsinic acid)was used as collector,the BTS was used as auxiliary collector,the FeSO4 was used as activator,the sodium silicate and Water glass was used as gangue depressant,which was set to the reagent system.In addition,the mechanism of FeSO4 activating wolframite and the main and auxiliary relationship used in the combined collector were studied by determinating the Zeta potential of the mineral surface,the calculation of the relevant solution chemical and determinating the adsorption of the collector.The removal of sulfide ore results show that the use of Water glass is beneficial to the rate of removal of sulfide ore and the loss of wolframite in the sulfide ore product,but it has obvious inhibitory effect on the flotation of the sequestered wolframite with the increase of the amount of Water glass;the amount of the Xanthate and CuSO4 has an interaction with removal of sulfide ore and flotation of wolframite.The flotation of wolframite results show that the use of auxiliary collector BTS can significantly enhance the collecting ability of toluene arsenic acid,significantly reduce the amount of toluene arsenic acid,FeSO4 instead of Pb(NO3)2 as activator,Water glass and humic acid sodium instead of acidic Water glass as a gangue depressant,benzylarsinic acid instead of toluene arsenic acid as wolframite collector makes the flotation process for industrial production more practical significance,and the test has also made a good mineral processing indicators:β(WO3)=25.32%,ε(WO3)=71.3%.Zeta potential measurement and solution chemistry calculations show that the addition of FeSO4 can significantly reduce the surface potential of wolframite to promote the wolframite flotation,flotation optimal results and potential changes are corresponding,that is,the lowest negative potential or the negative value turn to positive,at this time the solution pH is between 6 and 7,the activation component is Fe(OH)+,the activation was"bridging".The adsorption of collector results showed that the addition of auxiliary collector BTS could promote the adsorption of toluene arsenic acid on the mineral surface,but the excessive addition of BTS could decrease the adsorption amount of toluene arsenic acid,and the synergistic effect will be maximized when the their concentration ratio was about 3:1;in addition,the using order of toluene arsenic acid and BTS will also affect the adsorption of toluene arsenic acid on the mineral surface,the first addition of toluene arsenic acid or the addition of them at the same time can play a better synergies,but the first addition of BTS will reduce the adsorption capacity of toluene arsenic acid on the mineral surface. |
