During the production,transportation,and storage of wheat,pollution conditions such as disease,oil pollution,and mildew occur,which will cause wheat grains to be polluted to varying degrees.This article aims to sort the polluted wheat grains contained in wheat.By analyzing The advantages and disadvantages of sorting equipment in wheat sorting,with a view to designing an accurate,fast,and efficient sorting method for the sorting of polluted wheat particles and developing a new sorting equipment.According to the design goals,According to the design goal,this paper has done the following researches and conclusions.1)Combined with references about the research of wheat sorting technology and the principle of photoelectric detection technology,the mechanical structure part was designed;A new type of discharge wheel mechanism was proposed,and technical requirements such as single-grain detection and accurate sorting were put forward for the discharge wheel.In order to meet the technical requirements,the size parameters of the discharge wheel were continuously improved and optimized through the experimental test.Finally,the diameter of the discharge wheel was determined to be 500 mm,and Pocket socket size is: The length of the Pocket socket is 8.1mm,the width is 4.1mm,the depth is 3.0mm,Major axis and minor axis of through-hole is 2.2mm and 1.2mm.At last,the design of other mechanical structure is completed.2)According to the requirements of the pulse valve and the switching speed of the pulse valve,the design of the pulse valve driving circuit is completed.According to the technical requirements of the proposed driving circuit,the improvement of the driving circuit is completed,The frequency characteristics of the driving circuit were obtained by frequency domain analysis.Then the time-domain analysis method is used to obtain the output voltage curve of the pulse valve,and the voltage at both ends of the pulse valve reaches the fully opened voltage of the pulse valve after a delay of 1.5 ms.When the pulse valve is closed,the voltage of the pulse valve has a delay time of 50 ?s from 18 V to 0V.The pulse valve drive circuit system is dynamically analyzed through 5 dynamic indicators in the control system,and the system is satisfied for fastness and stability.3)Completion of the software program according to the design idea includes: 6-channelinformation detection program,communication program,sorting program,etc.In addition,the communication setting between the single-chip computer and the touch screen is completed,and the detection results and sorting status of wheat particles are displayed in real time.4)The production of the experimental prototype was completed.After several sets of experiments,the experimental prototype was found to have a small carry-out ratio and a stable rejection rate.The average carry-out ratio was 0.098,and the rejection rate was 96.8%.The experimental prototype has better sorting performance on the sorting of polluted wheat: low carry-out ratio and high rejection rate.This system is still in the experimental stage,all tests are performed in the laboratory,the experimental environment is certain,and Wheat test samples include moldy wheat and wheat blackened with black ink.Although the output of this system is lower than that of the color sorter,it has been able to accurately identify and sort polluted wheat particles.The system has friendly human-machine interaction functions,which has a good promotion effect on the research of polluted wheat sorting.Wheat sorting technology puts forward technological innovation in application.
