Due to the increase of energy demand,mining activity in China is relatively strong and it is increasingly important in economic development and infrastructure construction.The quality of mechanical equipment plays an important role in the process of resource exploitation.In order to ensure the normal operation of the mining equipment,it is necessary to monitor the running state in real time.However,the traditional manual monitoring method can not fulfil the requirements of the enterprise development.In order to improve the efficiency of equipment use and promote the sustainable development of the enterprises,it is necessary to promote the development of the mining industry in the direction of digitalization and intelligence.In this context,this thesis studies and designs a Web-based remote monitoring system for mine stone production line.This paper analyzes the development status of the Internet of Things and remote monitoring system,and uses the Internet of Things related technology to realize the remote monitoring system integrating network communication,database management and condition monitoring and display from the actual application scenarios and product requirements.This thesis mainly includes the following aspects: Researching and implementing a high-performance server based on the Netty framework,the interface modules are designed to communicate with the mobile phone client and the data acquisition end of the mine production line.Due to the large number of parameters to be monitored,the monitored data is uniformly numbered.And a universal and flexible network communication layer protocol is designed in this thesis.A data monitoring subsystem based on B/S mode is designed with MVC design idea and Java EE technology.Ajax technology is used to realize the real-time display of monitoring data of mine stone production line.Highcharts technology is used to display historical data as a chart to help the staff visually understand the production and equipment conditions over a period of time.At the end of the thesis,the function and performance of the system are tested.It is running stably and the communication is in good condition.This system has good practicability and ease of use,reduces the labor cost,and realizes the information and network management of the mine stone production line.
