White light-emitting diode?W-LED?as a new generation of solid-state lighting devices,because of its good thermal stability,high light efficiency,and energy saving advantages,it has caused widespread concern in the field of display and lighting.Current mainstream W-LED has produced by a combination of a blue InGaN chip and Y3Al5O12?YAG?: Ce3+ yellow phosphor.However,due to the lack of red light components,therefore,this W-LED has a very low color rendering index?CRI?and a high color temperature.Researchers have found that silicate matrix phosphors have stable physics and chemical characteristics,and rich in raw materials many outstanding advantages,make it to be a new and efficient phosphor.Ten study and optimize its luminescence properties,in order to produce white LEDs with high CRI and low color temperature performance.In this paper,the luminescence properties,thermal stability and luminescence intensity of SrLa4Si3O13 matrix phosphors are optimized by means of ion mono-doping,ion-co-doping and nitriding,in order to obtain good silicate phosphors.The specific method is as follows:1.The SrLa4Si3O13?SLS?: x Ce3+ phosphor was prepared by a high temperature solid phase method under the H2/N2 reducing atmosphere.The effects of doped Ce3+ ions on the SLS matrix were analyzed by analyzing XRD and Rietveld test data.The thermal stability and spectrum were tested and analyzed to study the effect of Ce3+ ion doping on the luminescence properties of the phosphor.2.On the basis of doping Ce3+ ions,by using the co-doping technique,obtained SLS: 0.015Ce3+,x Mn2+ phosphor,which can be excited by near-ultraviolet light.It mainly studies the energy transfer mechanism of Ce3+?Mn2+ and realizes the illuminating color of the emission spectrum.3.Under the above atmosphere,SLSNx: 0.6Eu?2+,3+?phosphor was prepared,by analyzing XPS test data and spectral data,which can concluded under a reducing atmosphere and when doped with N3-ion,the chemical valence of strontium ions in phosphors,and the effect on the luminescent properties of the phosphor.By appropriately adjusting the amount of N3-ion doping,it can regulate the luminescent color of SLSNx: 0.6Eu?2+,3+?phosphor spectrum.
