| Nanomaterials have important applications in various fields.Among various methods for preparing nanomaterials,electrospinning technology is called an important means for preparing nanofibers because of its simple process,low manufacturing cost,high reproducibility,long manufacturing and continuous nanofibers,and industrial production potential..Nanosilver particles are a material that has stronger antibacterial properties than traditional macrosilver materials.It has the characteristics that metal nanoparticles are higher in surface energy and easy to agglomerate.Therefore,by preparing polymer/metal nanofibers,the special properties of the nanosilver particles on the order of nanometers are maintained.The hydrophobic fiber containing nano silver particles is prepared by electrospinning,and is combined with a hydrophilic material to prepare a membrane material having unidirectional water permeability.In this paper,the influence of different electrospinning process parameters and heat treatment time on the new energy of unidirectional permeable water is studied by using the control variable method.In this paper,a polystyrene fiber membrane containing a nano silver particle and a polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membrane are separately prepared by adding AgNO3 to a polymer solution by a one-step method.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray energy spectrometer,transmission electron microscope were used to observe the microscopic morphology of the fiber membrane,and the average diameter and distribution of the fibers were counted.Electrospinning such as Ag+concentration,working voltage,injection speed and roller speed in the solvent were studied.The effect of the process on the morphology of the fiber was studied to study the effect of different heat treatment time on the microstructure and macroscopic mechanical properties of the fiber membrane.The effects of different process parameters on the contact angle of the hydrophobic layer and the unidirectional water permeable time were studied,and the optimum process parameters for the preparation of the unidirectional water permeable membrane were determined.The optimal process for preparing AgNPs-PS/PET unidirectional water permeable membrane is as follows:DMF is used as solvent,PS concentration is 25 wt.%,Ag+concentration is 1.0 wt.%,working voltage is 27 kV,and roller speed is 600 r/min.The injection speed was 1.5 mL/h and the heat treatment time was 5 min.The contact angle of the hydrophobic layer of AgNPs-PS/PET unidirectional water-permeable membrane prepared by electrospinning for 10 min was 132.36°,and the unidirectional water permeable time was 10.32 s.The optimal process for obtaining AgNPs-PVDF/PET unidirectional water permeable membrane is as follows:DMF:acetone=3:2 as solvent,PVDF concentration is 15 wt.%,Ag+concentration is 1.0 wt.%,and working voltage is 27 kV.The roller speed is 600 r/min and the jet speed is 1.5 mL/h.The heat treatment has little effect.The contact angle of the hydrophobic layer prepared by electrospinning for 10 min was 129.24°,and the unidirectional water permeable time was 11.24 s. |
