Research On Form Design Of Chinese-style Furniture Under Eclectic Style Design Method

The design techniques of furniture featured with eclectic style are in line with the current consumption concept and life attitude,break through the furniture only stay in the basic needs in the practical level,and pay more attention to the integration of various cultural elements.The youth groups who pursue individuation has become the main consumer groups in the furniture market.When the inherent style cannot meet the aesthetic of youth,the designers began to excavate and innovate furniture styles,with cross-border integration with various types of design forms,breaking the conventional thinking model,which is highly consistent with the core idea of eclectic style elements.The combination of eclectic style and Chinese-style furniture design can provide designers with more open design ideas and new reference for the innovative design of the Chinese-style furniture with the eclectic style.Through the methods of literature induction,case comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and others,in this paper,the ideas and methods of eclectic style design are summed up to be applied on the Chinese furniture.First of all,the core connotation and manifestation of eclectic style are deeply dug out,and the influence of eclectic style in various design fields is studied.Secondly,the cross-boundary of function,brand and time is analyzed,all kinds of elements are absorbed to carry on the fusion design,the design law of the fusion of eclectic style is systematically studied,and the value and feasibility of eclectic style is confirmed.The core connotation and expression form of eclectic style are excavated,and the design method of shape improvement and element fusion is put forward.Finally,the refined design method is applied to the shape design of A-Zenith Furniture,which makes the A-Zenith Furniture present a brand-new eclectic style.To sum up,this design is analyzed from the angle of style and materials,and through the exploration of the characteristics of eclectic style,the influence of eclectic style design method on the form design of Chinese-style furniture is analyzed.Thus,a kind of integrated thinking mode can be taken as the form design of Chinese-style furniture.Finally,the Chinese style furniture with the eclectic style is taken as the practice basis to carry on the design and application research.
