In iron and steel enterprises,many production processes such as iron making and steel making generate large amounts of waste heat,and circulating cooling water systems play an integral role in the normal operation of the entire company.However,due to various limitations,there are often many problems in the circulating water system.For example,the system design is unreasonable,the equipment selection is not matched,and the system often runs in a non-excellent state.This article takes the entire industrial circulating water system as the research object,first establishes the thermodynamic model and the hydraulic model of the cooling towers,heat exchangers,pumps and pipelines in the key parts of the system Secondly,an optimization model algorithm for the pump is established,including the design optimization of the heat exchangers,the water pump and the cooling tower,and the optimization model of the overall water supply network operationThen,the author analyzes the bottleneck of the energy efficiency of the traditional parallel water supply pipe network and the causes.The structural models of two kinds of water supply pipe networks,tandem type and middle unit type,are proposed.Taking a water supply pipe network containing four heat exchangers as an example,a water pinch point technique is used for a tandem water supply pipe network,and a corresponding pipe network model is established;for an intermediate unit water supply pipe network,an optimization model of its water supply is established,and Determine its pipe network structure.After that,a new heat exchanger was added to the system to analyze the energy efficiency and strcture of the new pipe network structure,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three structures were compared and analyzed.Using the simulation software EPANET for simulation verification,the conclusion is that the intermediate unit structure has advantages in solving energy efficiency bottlenecksFinally,the author established an energy efficiency economic operation evaluation system based on the circulating water system.The influencing factors of the circulating water system and the evaluation indexes of the heat exchangers,cooling towers and other structures were determined,and the determination methods of energy efficiency bottlenecks were analyzed.The software platform for circulating water experiment has put forward the ideas and suggestions for improvementThe evaluation system established in this paper provides important guidance for improving the economical efficiency of industrial circulating water systems,and proposes a new pipe network structure that effectively solves the bottleneck of energy efficiency and is important for the efficient and energy saving of practical industrial circulating water systems.
