The Status Quo,Problems And Countermeasures Of Environmental Law Enforcement In Shengze Town,Suzhou City

An important part of environmental law enforcement work is township environmental protection law enforcement,which is both a key task and a difficult issue.The main problems of law enforcement forces in township and township law enforcement are imperfections,weak law enforcement methods,single law enforcement methods and non-standard law enforcement procedures.It is revealed that the contradiction between the people's requirements for a good air environment and imperfect law enforcement is deepening.This has led to frequent incidents of vicious groups such as environmental petitions and violent encirclement factories.Obviously,the emphasis on environmental protection law enforcement in towns and villages has reached an urgent moment.Based on such a situation,this paper studies the law enforcement of township environmental protection,and combines the specific examples of Z Town in S to explain the problems of environmental law enforcement in Z Town through comprehensive data statistics,literature search and policy analysis.It analyzes the reasons for the problem and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the environmental protection law enforcement in Z Town,which is to improve the post-inspection measures,promote joint law enforcement,guide various aspects to improve corporate responsibility and introduce multi-center governance mechanism.Through these countermeasures,it can help Z to enforce the environmental law and then win the battle against pollution.It also has implications for other Town's environmental enforcement.
