Grain-oriented silicon steel is indispensable to manufacture the iron core of large transformer,generator and motor.This material possesses the advantages of saving energy and dramatically reducing the volume and quality,whose composition is tightly controlled,requiring very low content of impurities,complicated manufacturing process.The yield and quality of oriented silicon steel is often considered as an important symbol for measuring the special steel manufacturing technology level of a country.In this paper,the property of high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel 30AG120 manufactured by Ansteel is unstable,so studied the different composition of fluctuation inhibitor forming elements,the temperature difference the hot rolling and normalizing,the influence of uneven cooling,the reduction of the cold rolling,the aging rolling,the tension of flat and other factors,got the following results:(1)The effects of C,Si content and the elements of Als and N on the stability of 30AG120 were studied.The precise control of C,the content of Si can effectively reduce the abnormal fluctuations in performance,the content of C is 0.05-0.06%,the content of Si is 3.1?3.3%,the best Als range was 0.017?0.019%,N content of 0.0075?0.0095%.(2)Under the condition of industrial production,the influence of heating temperature and the difference of the tail temperature in the rolling process on the magnetic properties was studied.The low heating temperature and the high temperature difference of the head and tail temperature of the ambassador AlN precipitate too much result in fine grain production.The heating temperature of 1200±20? optimized for 1240±20?,hot end temperature difference finishing stage control within 30?.(3)The influence of normalizing constant stopping or slow down on magnetic energy fluctuation and the influence of constant temperature and cooling water flux on magnetic energy were studied.Reducing the normalizing process speed from 50m/min to 40m/min can effectively reduce the performance fluctuation caused by stopping speed.The temperature NOF and RTF of normalizing was increased from 1100 ? to 1170?,and 1#WSC water flow was from increased 100 m3/h to 400 m3/h.The optimized iron loss was reduced from 1.196W/kg to 1.171 W/kg.(4)The different reduction rate affects the rolling mill finished product rate.Through the test we finally confirmed the six passes of the rolling schedule.Through the effect of different aging temperatures on the final magnetic properties of the product,we can confirm that the optimum temperature for aging is 220?,And the aging temperature range is 200-220?.Temperature above 220? gives no further benefit.The magnetic induction Bs is 1.885T,iron loss P17/50 is 1.157W/kg.The magnetic induction B8 Increased by 0.75%and iron loss P17/50 reduced by 2.28%.
