Abstract/Summary:
Contemporary,the brain of human bombed by abundant information every day and has to process them promptly.In the last 11 years,considerable researches demonstrated that the flexible memristor shows the superiorities of portable,wearable and implantable,that arouses the interest of enormous flexible device researchers and is widely studied.This flexible device has already exploited the applications of information storage,oscillator,analog circuit,brain like morphology calculation,logic calculation and multi-functional coupling memristor.Because of the special requirements including flexibility and deformation stability of electrode and active layer materials of flexible memristor.Therefore,the huge challenge of flexible memristor is the selection of materials in application.In the first chapter of dissertation,we briefly discussed the definition,preparation,mechanism&application of memristor and the progress&challenges of flexible materials.Based on this introduction,we imported the materials of polydopamine,Spiro-ometad and ammonium polyphosphate to further exploring the flexible memristor utilized in information storage and artificial synapse simulation.In the second chapter,we design a cheap,flexible and biocompatible poly dopamine as active materials through the non-toxic and harmless method.This simple and portable memristor can still has stable storage performance under 5000 bends.It successfully solves the problems of large pollution,inflexible and low-density storage.In the third chapter,a solar cell material with good charge capture and collection ability as the active layer of the memristor.To realize the high-density storage of information,we utilized the surface engineering to reduce the charge transition barrier and the work function of ITO.Furthermore,this memristive performance can be maintained after bending 10000 cycles.It solves the problems of poor flexibility and low-density storage.In the fourth chapter,water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate,which has the functions of sewage treatment,fertilizer additive and food additive,is selected as the active layer with excellent memristive performance to simulate artificial synapse.It has the properties of degradability,transparence and adhesiveness on different substrate surfaces,and it can randomly bended even 360° without performance decay on the surface of conductive silica gel.This stable memristor with the full flexibility,all-performance device and no-pollution is achieved.
