The large-pitch screw is a key component in heavy equipment to provide power transmission and achieve fast connection.During the high-feed cutting process of large-pitch threads,due to the large amount of feed,the vibration of the process system during processing caused changes in the parameters of the cutting layer,resulting in sudden changes in cutting load,which exacerbated the vibration of the cutting tool and could not be completed.The high-quality machining of large-pitch thread surfaces with long strokes has become a bottleneck in improving high-feed cutting efficiency.In this paper,by studying the stability of the process system,the vibration control of the process system is realized to ensure the processing quality and efficiency of large-pitch threaded parts.The specific research content is as follows:First,the excitation structure of the tool vibration during the processing of the large-pitch screw is studied.Based on the analysis of the process system of the large-pitch screw,the vibration model of the process system of the large-pitch screw is established,and the tool vibration caused by the process system is determined.provide support.Secondly,the vibration characteristics of the process system of large-pitch screw parts are studied.Perform modal analysis based on the divided subsystems to obtain the inherent characteristics of the subsystems;Through frequency spectrum analysis,the response frequency of each subsystem in different excitation states is determined to provide a basis for vibration suppression;The system vibration test was performed.The wavelet packet was used to reduce noise on the vibration signal.The eigenvalues such as the effective value of vibration acceleration were identified.The influence of each subsystem on the overall stability of the process system was analyzed.The influence of process system stability provides support for the selection of cutting parameters to achieve vibration suppression.Thirdly,the stability process in the process of turning large-pitch threads is studied.Design of large-pitch thread cutting tools with the goal of suppressing vibration;use cutting tool uniform angle as a stable cutting measure to determine the finishing cutting process plan of large-pitch threaded parts;use Third Wave Advant Edge finite element software to perform cutting simulation experiments The established multi-objective optimization model solves the optimal cutting parameters,and then determines the stable process of the large-pitch screw.Finally,the stability design method of the process system is studied.The judging criteria for the stability of turning large-pitch threads are determined,and then a method for designing the stability of turning large-pitch threads is proposed.Based on this,the cutting process of turning large-pitch threads is given.Verification experiments.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design method.Based on the above research,this paper proposes a process system stability design method,which provides theoretical guidance for the formulation of stable cutting processes for large-pitch threaded parts,and has great practical significance for improving the quality of China's heavy equipment products.
