Metal/carbon composite material is a new type of composite material,which has the characteristics of low cost,high catalytic activity,strong stability and long catalytic life.It is one of the choices to replace precious metal catalysts.The metal/carbon composite material is a combination of transition metal and carbon,so that under the protection of the carbon layer,the transition metal can exert its high catalytic performance while maintaining its stability and long catalytic life under harsh conditions such as strong acids,strong bases,high overpotentials,and high temperatures.The metal/carbon composite material adopts N-doping to help the bonding between the metal and the carbon layer,and also can enhance the electron transfer of the transition metal core to adjust the catalytic performance.The main research results of this article are as follows:In this paper,four types of ligand-oriented metal/carbon composites with transition metals(Fe,Co,Ni)are designed and synthesized.14 ligand-oriented metal/carbon composites with evenly dispersed metal sites and metal loading of 0.7 wt%?16 wt%were prepared by high temperature calcination using solid sols with PVA as a metal carrier and organometallic complexes of styrylpyridines,dipyrroles,and triazine rings.Carbon composite material BET test shows that the prepared metal/carbon composite material has a high specific surface area between 100 m2 and 340 m2.These results indicate that the ligand-oriented metal/carbon composites were successfully prepared in this paper.In this paper,five dipyrrole metal complexes were synthesized and their single crystal structure data were obtained.And its absorption properties were characterized and simulated by DFT method.In this paper,a series of ligand-oriented transition metal/carbon composites were prepared.We provide reference design ideas for the design and preparation of new metal/carbon composite materials.And five new dipyrrole organometallic complexes were prepared in this paper,which provides a new research idea for dipyrrole compounds.
