In this paper, the interaction between multinanoparticles and phospholipid membrane in solution is simulated by dissipative particle dynamics.Transport and penetration patterns of several nanoparticles on phospholipid membrane were investigated. The selected nanoparticles have spherical or stick shape, and they have various velocities in the kinetic process.By changing the interaction parameters between nanoparticles and phospholipid membrane and the initial velocity of nanoparticles,it is found that spherical nanoparticles have several translocation modes. The shape of the phospholipid membrane changes in different modes, which may even lead to serious rupture of the phospholipid membrane. In addition, the translocation model also depends on the number and shape of nanoparticles: when the number of spherical nanoparticles changes, the translocation model is different, and the interaction pattern of multiple spherical nanoparticles is more complex. The translocation model also changed when the shape of the nanoparticles changed from spherical to stick-shaped.The phase diagrams of different interaction modes were constructed according to the interaction intensity and initial velocity of nanoparticles. In addition, some other useful parameters, such as the total energy of the system and the gyration radius period of the phospholipid membrane, are studied in the dynamic processes of various translocation modes. The results show that the total energy, the time to reach equilibrium and the gyration period of phospholipid molecules are different under different translocation modes. The optimal model of interaction between nanoparticles and phospholipid membrane in different shapes was proposed. The results show that multinanoparticles interaction with membrane is a complex process in biological process, and the research results should be important in guiding the design of new nanomaterials.
