Although the traditional carbon-based conductive ink has low cost,its application rate is low because of its low conductivity and poor thermal conductivity.However,the excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity of graphene not only make up for the shortage of traditional carbon-based conductive ink,but also lay an important foundation for the development of new high conductive ink.Based on this,in this paper,edge-carboxylated graphene(ECG)was prepared by ball milling,and heat-treated ECG(H-ECG)was obtained under high temperature treatment,and then H-ECG was used for preparing a conductive ink.The specific research is as follows:(1)The H-ECG prepared by ball milling is a thin lamellar structure with a thickness of about 4.38 nm.The conductivity is 23.70 S/cm measured by powder resistor at 200 kg pressure,which shows that it has good conductivity.Under the same test conditions,its conductivity is better than other carbon materials.(2)In order to reduce the resistivity of commercial conductive carbon ink(CCI),H-ECG/CCI composite ink was prepared by fully blending H-ECG with CCI.When the addition of H-ECG was 35%,the resistivity of H-ECG/CCI composite ink was reduced to about 10%of the commercial CCI.(3)H-ECG conductive ink was prepared by homogeneous mixing of H-ECG and epoxide resin(EP).When the content of H-ECG is 70%,the electrical resistivity of the H-ECG/EP type conductive ink is superior to that of the commercial CCI.Further,while changing the kind of the carbon-based conductive filler,the H-ECG conductive ink has a lower electrical resistivity than the other carbon-based conductive ink.(4)In order to further reduce the resistivity of the H-ECG conductive ink,multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)was added into H-ECG conductive ink to prepare H-ECG/MWCNTs composite conductive ink,so that the resistivity of the ink is reduced by 15%compared with the original ink.And when the H-ECG and MWCNTs' ratio is about 96:4,the composite ink has the best conductivity.
