Si69 is the most widely used silica modifier in the tire industry at present.However,there are still obvious defects in the use of Si69 in the current industrial field.In the process of dry mixing,it is difficult for rubber to disperse and feed.In the process of mixing,due to the high heat generated by high shear,it is difficult to control the temperature,and the dispersion effect of silica is limited,which needs to be further improved A large amount of ethanol gas will be produced in the reaction process of ethoxy silane coupling agent Si69 with silica,which will not only increase the porosity of products,but also cause safety hazards in the production process.In this study,the formulation of the new silica modified system was determined by in situ modified blending method.On the basis of this,the spray modified white carbon black was prepared by aqueous phase method.The mechanism of Si69 and AEO9 co modified silica was studied.In the process of rubber processing,two reinforcing methods were proposed to improve the dispersion of filler and the chemical bonding between white carbon black and rubber molecules.The significance of improving the comprehensive properties of rubber.The amphiphilic fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO9)is used in combination with the traditional silane coupling agent Si69.On the one hand,it is hoped to reduce the VOC emission in the silica rubber composite by reducing the use of Si69,on the other hand,it is also hoped to strengthen the dispersion of silica through AEO9 to improve the comprehensive performance of the material.By adjusting the use ratio of Si69 and AEO9 and adjusting the total consumption.The conclusion of this study is as follows:The introduction of AEO9 can significantly improve the dynamic mechanical properties of silica rubber composite,including rolling resistance and dynamic compression heat generation.Considering the static mechanical properties of the material and comparing with the traditional coupling agent Si69,the optimal ratio of Si69 and AEO9 is 2:1,and the total amount is 10%of silica.The pretreatment of silica prepared by atomization can provide conditions for further reaction between the modifier and silica after the heat treatment at 150 degree.The organic modification of silica is more complete.After adding the pre modified silica to the SSBR/BR rubber,the vulcanization properties of the rubber material are optimized,and the delayed vulcanization can be achieved.At the same time,the crosslinking density of the rubber increases,the filler network in the rubber composite material is more uniform,the dispersion of silica in the rubber matrix is more uniform,300 constant elongation is improved,and the mechanical properties are excellent.Especially when the use amount of Si69 and AEO9 is 8:4,the reinforcing effect of pre modified silica is the best,which is of great significance to reduce production energy consumption,reduce pollutant emission,save production cost and improve process safety in the industrial production of rubber. |
