Metallurgical waste is a solid waste produced in the process of non-ferrous smelting.In the National Hazardous Waste List,version 2018,21 categories are non-ferrous metal smelting waste.The disposal methods are complex and harmful,and they are prone to acid rain and groundwater pollution.Therefore,how to deal with non-ferrous smelt slag and avoid secondary pollution caused by improper stacking and improper disposal methods make it an urgent problem to realize the resource.In this paper,the non-ferrous smelting slag in Hubei province was studied,and the content of copper,nickel and zinc in the sample was high and the recovery value was high,accounting for 4.54%,7.77%and 1.66%respectively.Through orthogonal experiments and single factor optimization experiments,the effects of different factors on the leaching rate of three metals under the conditions of acid leaching and the chemical precipitation method for the gradual precipitation of copper,nickel and zinc in acid leaching were investigated.The kinetics of acid leaching was also studied.The sulfuric acid was selected as the leaching agent,and the experiment was carried out.The best conditions for leaching are 1:16 solid liquid ratio,18%sulfuric acid concentration,75℃ leaching temperature,and 70 min leaching time.Under these conditions,the leaching rate of copper was 94.54%,nickel was 95.59%,and zinc was 95.46%,all of which reached a maximum value.Kinetic analysis of leaching process shows that the sulfuric acid leaching process of the metallurgical slag conforms to the solid product layer diffusion control model.The nickel reaction model formula is:(?)t,The diffusion copper reaction model is:(?).The diffusion coefficient of sulfuric acid leaching is:(?);The zinc reaction model is:(?)(?).The diffusion coefficient of sulfuric acid leaching is:(?)In addition to the iron test,it was found that Sodium jarosite has low iron removal costs,rapid reaction,easy to clarify,filter and wash,less clamping solution,and less adsorption of other ions.Therefore,it is easy to achieve a slag disposal and increase copper,nickel,and zinc recovery.The purpose of recovery.The result is n(H2O2):n(Fe)=1:2,the reaction time is 1.5 hours,the initial pH=1.8,and the end pH=2.6,the removal rate of iron is the best,and the loss rate of copper,nickel,and zinc is the lowest.The products extracted by precipitation are:cuprous oxide,nickel oxide,and zinc oxide.The results were:copper was extracted by sodium bisulfite oxidation.The ideal process conditions were:1.3 times 1.5g of the theoretical value of sodium bisulfite,the reaction time was 50 min,the reaction pH was 3.5,and the reaction temperature was 80℃;Ammonium oxalate was used to precipitate nickel and zinc at the same time.After a single factor experiment,the best condition for nickel and zinc precipitation was initial pH=4.2 and the reaction temperature was 75℃.A mixture of zinc dihydrate and nickel dihydrate is obtained;Baking a mixture of zinc oxalate and nickel oxalate at a temperature of 460℃ for two hours,stirring the resulting mixture of oxides in a sodium hydroxide solution,controlling the end pH=12,stirring 110 min,Zinc oxide dissolved in concentrated lye to form sodium metazate.Nickel oxide is insoluble,and the solid solution is separated to give the NiO solid product and the Na2ZnO2 solution.Then adjusted to a pH of 8.5 to obtain zinc hydroxide products,dried to obtain zinc oxide products,and the filtration solution is reused. |
