Tungsten disulfide(molybdenum)(MoS2,WS2)is a kind of metal sulfide semiconductor material,which has excellent electrical,optical and mechanical properties.In addition,the nanostructure has less defects and larger active area,which can provide active sites for biomolecule adsorption,and is a good biosensor material.However,due to its semiconductor material and poor conductivity,it hinders its development in the field of biosensor.Carbon nanofibers(CNFs)are ideal candidates for high performance sensors because of their unique nanofiber networks,good electrical conductivity and mechanical flexibility.Based on this,MoS2 and WS2 were grown in situ on the surface of carbon nanofibers by hydrothermal method with high conductivity carbon nanofibers as the matrix,so as to improve their biosensor performance and provide new ideas for the combination of transition metal disulfide and carbon materials.The morphology and structure of tungsten disulfide(molybdenum)-carbon nanofiber composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).SEM images show that tungsten disulfide(molybdenum)nanospheres with large specific surface area are uniformly dispersed on the surface of carbon nanofibers.XRD analysis shows that the composite is composed of tungsten disulfide(molybdenum)and carbon nanofibers.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)was used to study the reaction mechanism and reversibility of tungsten disulfide(molybdenum)-carbon nanofiber composite.Differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)was used to study the sensitivity and detection limit of the electrode.The results show that in the range of 0-60μm,the sensitivity of tungsten disulfide(molybdenum)-carbon nanofiber composite to dopamine are 3.74μA·μM-1 and 4.37μA·μM-1,respectively,the detection limits are 0.5μm and 1μm respectively,and the electrode shows good selectivity,anti-interference,repeatability and stability,which can be used for real biomolecule detection and is expected to be used in clinical detection.
