| The weld defect detection of carbide saw blades is an important step before the product leaves the factory and is put into use,which is directly related to production safety.Currently,the weld defects of carbide saw blades are usually detected by using torque wrench,but there is not any method and equipment to achieve the real-time non-destructive testing on the production line.Hence,in this paper,a new non-destructive testing method of saw blade weld based on reluctance measurement is proposed by combining the principle of reluctance change in closed magnetic circuit and support vector machine for optimizing parameters,which achieves the real-time non-destructive testing of the weld quality of carbide saw blades.In this paper,a non-destructive testing method based on the principle of reluctance measurement in closed magnetic circuit and support vector machine is studied.Firstly,the conventional non-destructive testing methods are compared and studied.According to their shortcomings,a non-destructive testing method based on reluctance measurement is proposed.Secondly,the closed magnetic circuit environment is constructed,and the reluctance detection model is established to test the feasibility of the proposed method.The weld defects can be identified by quantitative analyzing the relationship between the different weld defects and the reluctance or other characteristics in the closed magnetic circuit.Thirdly,aiming at the coupling gaps between the detection devices,we use the support vector machine with optimized parameters to train and analyze the characteristic data collected in the experiment.The vector machine has a good generalization ability,which effectively eliminates the influence of coupling error on the detection results.Finally,we study the influence of different types of defects on the reluctance characteristics,establishing the finite element simulation model and building the prototype machine.In addition,simulation and experiments are carried out.The simulation results provide a significant basis for the selection of experimental parameters,and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the nondestructive testing method of reluctance measurement.In this paper,the feasibility of the measurement method based on reluctance for the detection of the weld bead of carbide saw blades is expounded and verified from the aspects of theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment.The new method not only achieves the effective detection of welding defects of carbide saw blade,but also provides a new idea and method for the application of reluctance detection technology in the field of workpiece detection. |
