Fluorescent chemosensor,which have many advantages,such as simple structure,convenient synthesis,fast response,high sensitivity,high selectivity,low cost and little influence by external electromagnetic fields.It is widely used in many fields.Based on fluorescence analysis and detection,two kinds of composite sensing materials based on organic fluorescent molecules were designed and synthesized.In the first part,By fixing 1-Pyrenecarboxylic acid(PyCOOH)into the pores of porous polyurea microspheres(PPUM),a new type of pyrene derivative/polymer composite material was prepared,which showed monomer emission luminescence based on pyrene derivatives.The fluorescence properties study found that adding different m-aromatic compounds,the fluorescence changes are significantly different.After the addition of m-cresol,the structure of porous microspheres changed and the monomer emission based on pyrene derivatives was significantly enhanced;after the addition of m-methylaniline,1-Pyrenecarboxylic acid was dissociated from the skeleton and combined with amino group through electrostatic action,its monomer emission was enhanced,but it did not show an uncoupled peak at 385 nm;after adding m-methylacetophenone and m-methylbenzoic acid,they replaced 1-pyrenecarboxylic acid in the pores to varying degrees,and the monomer emission decreased respectively.this result provides a certain experimental basis for the study of composite fluorescent composites based on pyrene derivatives.In the second part,a rare earth terbium phosphate nanoparticle was synthesized by hydrothermal method using Poly(sodium-p-styrenesulfonate)(PSS)as a protective ligand,and then tetraphenylethene derivatives(TPE-2COOH)were loaded on the surface of rare earth nanowires by a simple layer-by-layer self-assembly method.This material has typical aggregated luminescence properties.In this system,different organic acids can induce different fluorescence changes,and the significant difference in emission spectrum can be used to identify cis-trans isomerized fatty acids.When oleic acid with a cis conformation("clip" type)is added to the system,the tetraphenylethene derivatives on the surface of the particles tend to be arranged in a single molecule,and the monomer emission is significantly enhanced;However,when its trans-conformation oleic acid(linear type)was added,only the intensity of the aggregated luminescence of the tetraphenylethene derivatives decreased,and no monomer emission was observed.This research result laid a certain experimental foundation for the research of composite fluorescent materials based on tetraphenylethene derivatives.
