| The high solidification point crude oil producing reserves of Liaohe oil field are 265 million tons,of which the largest C18 block has reported geological reserves of 63.74 million tons,with an output of 201,000 tons of oil in 2020.The reserves and output account for 24.1%and 18.7%of the high-condensate oil reserves and output respectively.The block has entered a period of high production watercut,and the contradiction of water flooding development is outstanding.There is an urgent need to explore new ways to improve oil recovery and support the development of oil fields at low oil prices.The block was put into development in 1986 and was transferred to water injection development in October of the same year.It has gone through three major development stages:basic well pattern construction,five subdivision encryption adjustments and multi-level sub-injection combined mining comprehensive adjustment.After 2010,a large-scale deep-dispatch was carried out in the main part of the east of the block,and certain results were seen.However,after 2000,affected by the combined injection and mining of the Changjing section,the block has been in a state of high water cut and low speed mining for a long time.In order to verify the feasibility and potential of chemical flooding in high-condensate oil reservoirs in the production watercut,this block was selected to conduct pilot tests on chemical flooding to tackle high-condensate chemical flooding technology,further improve oil reservoir recovery,and improve the chemical flooding technology sequence.Based on the geological characteristics of the block,the project carried out an optimized formulation system for indoor oil flooding experiments,designed a mine test plan,analyzed and improved the process technology,and determined the optimal mining plan through the design of chemical flooding injection,lifting process,supporting process,etc.The test results are continuously tracked,and good test results are obtained. |
