Study On Innovative Development Of Shandong Tussah Silk In Women Fashion Design

Tussah silk is one of the intangible cultural heritages in Shandong Province,and has been very famous in history.As a special traditional silk fabric,due to the emergence of various new fabrics,coupled with its own characteristics have certain limitations,it is rarely used in modern clothing.The purpose of this project is to consider the application of Shandong Tussah Silk in the design of modern women's clothing,and to redesign it in combination with modern aesthetics to achieve the inheritance and development of this intangible cultural heritage.In this subject,the author first combed the historical development track of the cocoon silk,analyzed its rigid and flexible fabric appearance,unique performance characteristics,and unique dyeing and weaving processes.Secondly,affirming its great economic and cultural value based on the documentary records and the physical research of the tussah silk.Finally,taking the limitations of the tussah silk as the starting point,starting from the style,pattern,color,fabric,technology,brand building and other aspects,the innovative design of the cocoon silk women's clothing was realized by three-dimensional cutting.Reengineering methods to obtain different appearances of tussah silk,digital printing technology to show the color of change,advanced science and technology to change the inherent shortcomings of the fabric,etc.,analyze the constraints and development factors of traditional tussah silk women's clothing,explore its new audience market.The above innovative applications are finally interpreted through graduation design.
