TC4 alloy has many excellent properties such as high strength,good corrosion resistance and high specific strength,which is widely used in aerospace,biomedical science and other equipment.However,its notoriously poor tribological properties limited the further development.The research material is aviation titanium alloy TC4,combined with laser texture,coatings and ultrasonic rolling surface process?USRP?.The combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research was used to design and parameter optimization,and the optimized surface texture geometric parameters were obtained.For the characteristics of ultrasonic vibration and rolling coupling,a three-dimensional anti-friction and anti-wear coating was formed on the textured surface of the titanium alloy,which revealed the relationship between the parameters and tribological properties and the mechanism of synergistic strengthening,obtained an optimized combination of process parameters,and the surface microstructure and macroscopic mechanical properties were studied.The geometric parameters of the surface texture were designed according to the Hertz contact theory,and then it was conducted on the surface of the titanium alloy.The effect of different laser parameters on the texture depth and surface morphology was obtained,with the help of nanosecond laser processing equipment.The laser processing parameters were obtained combined with EDS component detection and analysis.A series of friction and wear tests were carried out on textured surfaces with different parameters,focusing on the effect of texture morphology,texture geometric parameters and other factors on the tribological properties of the titanium alloy surface,combined with the surface morphology of the titanium alloy surface before and after wear.Comparative analysis of mechanical properties,chemical composition and microstructure,revealed the evolution process of wear and the mechanism of anti-wear and anti-friction,and the optimization scheme of surface texture shape and geometric parameters were obtained.The preparation of Al2O3 coating on the textured surface using ultrasonic rolling processing technology,the relationship between different ultrasonic rolling processingparameters and the tribological properties of the composite strengthened coating surface was studied.The mechanism of synergistic strengthening was revealed by the surface shape The analysis of morphology,mechanical properties and chemical composition finally resulted in an optimized combination of ultrasonic rolling processing parameters,and the microstructure and macroscopic mechanical properties of the composite strengthened coating surface were studied.
