In modern society,information security is becoming more and more serious Individual families need safe and secret private space,and enterprises need sound insulation components and materials with excellent performance.Traditional sound insulation materials are generally designed and produced according to the sound insulation quality law,such as metal plates,solid brick walls and other materials These materials are bulky and inconvenient for production and installation.For better isolation voice,to create a quiet closed environment,it is necessary to develop materials with excellent sound insulation performance and high quality and strength to meet people’s pursuit of quiet space,new type of fiber-reinforced polymer composite board with light and high strength has entered the field of vision of researchers,this kind of material with high intensity,light quality,in aviation,construction,and other fields have a wide range of applications,with resin as a matrix,with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber(UHMWPE)as the reinforced materials ofcomposite plate is one of themUHMWPE has excellent impact resistance and energy absorption.This project attempts to produce a composite plate with excellent sound insulation performance and high weight and strength,which integrates the functions of partition wall and sound insulation material.Research the sound insulation performance of different specifications of the UHMWPE composite plate,according to its sound insulation performance curve to optimize its performance,make up the deficiency,using PA6 nano fiber membrane material the advantages of small diameter and specific surface area is big,as covering compound,make its can be applied in building sound insulation,etc.,this article main research content is as follows(1)Conduct sound insulation test on UHMWPE composite plates with different thickness to compare whether the sound insulation curve of composite plates conforms to the sound insulation quality law.The sound insulation performance of the composite board with air sandwich and the influence of air layer thickness on the sound insulation performance of the composite board were studied(2)Aiming at the poor performance of UHMWPE composite plate in some specific frequency bands,it is optimized.PA6 nanofiber membrane material was spun by electrostatic spinning machine and compounded with solid material.The sound insulation property of the secondary composite material was studied(3)In order to make UHMWPE/PA6 composite material play a better sound insulation role in practical application,and has high strength,to resist external shocks,the use of the zigzag section mould core material and solid UHMWPE composite panels and PA6 nanofiber membrane composition,measuring the sound insulation performance of three kinds of materials after the combination,and selected three factors,three factors three levels orthogonal experiment design,the various factors The study drew the following conclusions(1)The influence of thickness on sound insulation is not uniform and linear.For UHMWPE composite plates with the same density,the growth trend of sound insulation becomes slower with the increase of thickness.The E5 sample(thickness 11.53mm,density 1023.81kg/m3)has the best sound insulation performance in the frequency range of 80-3150Hz,and the average sound insulation volume in the frequency range of 80-3150Hz exceeds 20dB.The sound insulation/frequency curve of single layer solid material E5 is not completely consistent with the sound insulation quality law.The measured sound insulation volume in the quality control section is lower than the theoretical expectation,but has a higher sound insulation volume within 80-300Hz.(2)Compared with single-layer solid material E5,air sandwich material can effectively improve sound insulation performance while keeping the overall quality unchanged.The thickness of air layer increases the sound insulation volume at different frequency bands.Within 300-3150Hz,air sandwich material greatly increases the sound insulation volume of double-layer material(3)PA6 nanofiber membrane with an average thickness of 0.9mm and an average fiber diameter of 57.48nm had the most obvious improvement on the sound insulation performance of E5 sample plates.The average transmission loss of E5 at the intervals of 80-500Hz and 630-3150Hz was increased by 14.83%and 25.06%,respectively.(4)when the surface density of solid UHMWPE plate is 5.93 kg/m2,the Angle of core material with sawtooth section is 90°,and the average diameter of PA6 nanofiber membrane material on the covering layer is 57.48nm,the average sound insulation amount in the section of 80 to 500Hz is 42.56dB,which is better than other samples...
