Development Of High Grade Non-woven Polypropylene Special Material

Polypropylene used in daily life the most widely is one of the five general plastics.Polypropylene becoming increasingly widespread use,replace the metal material in many areas.Polypropylene to high-end and professional development,and applications continue to expand,upgrade speed has become a trend.With the improvement of people's living standard,the progress of non-woven production technology and the explosive growth of non-woven consumption led to that more and more refined and specialization at the same time.At present,the brands of non-woven polypropylene special materials are relatively small,and most of them are used in the production of low-end products.There is a certain gap between China and foreign countries.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the grade and quality of non-woven polypropylene and to enrich the brand of non-woven polypropylene.Through cooperation with Sinopec Beihua Institute,Luoyang Petrochemical Company has jointly developed high-grade non-woven polypropylene special materials,and realized industrial batch production.Polypropylene market,catalyst market,propylene market,polypropylene technology,non-woven market and non-woven technology are described in this paper.According to the Spheripol and Hypol technology,using non plasticizer new catalysts for the development of high-end non-woven polypropylene compound Y35X process to determine the production conditions,product melt index,molecular weight,molecular weight distribution,ash content,mechanical properties and other indicators,successful industrialization.PPH-Y35X is an environmentally-friendly high-end non-woven polypropylene without plasticizers,and has various performance indicators.It has been widely applied in downstream non-woven enterprises,and gradually replace imported high-end non-woven polypropylene special materials.This paper uses two kinds of technology to produce high-end non-woven polypropylene materials and South Korea imported materials 3155E macro analysis comparison,has also carried on the molecular weight distribution,crystallinity and micro molecular level comparison,at the same time,according to the two kinds of material in the downstream customers conducted a comparative analysis.The advanced non-woven polypropylene special material meets the high customer demand,meets the EU's related standards,and promotes the non-woven fabric consumption to move towards the high end.
