The recovery process of lead-acid batteries is different from that of foreign countries,A new process for recovering lead-acid battery has been popularized in our country.That is Stepwise separation.In the case of the old cutting machine,it can not meet the needs of the "progressive separation" process.In this article,using the existed technology to design a new type of cutting machine for lead-acid battery.The machine can adapt process requirements.The new cutting machine can accomplish the cutting of different specifications lead-acid batteries by changing the height of the blade and using the method of pressing the cylinder.This paper will introduce the development background,structure design,simulation,hydraulic system design and Simulation of the cutting machine of the lead-acid battery with four parts in detail.In this paper,the cutting method of lead-acid battery is studied,and the defects of the existing lead-acid battery cutting machine are found.Design a new cutting machine with hydraulic and pneumatic technology.According to the actual working condition,the structure of the cutting machine is designed and complete the layout on the production line.According to the running state of the corresponding design of hydraulic and pneumatic system circuit,complete the selection of relevant components.Through the computer simulation software,it can be concluded that the cutting system under the static design does not meet the production conditions,through the installation of safety valve to meet the work requirements.The influence of the amount of external force produced on the blade and the laminate in the case of the different length of the pipeline port of the hydraulic cylinder is studied.It is indicated that large diameter pipeline should be chosen in the range of pipe diameter.Using the simulation software to check the strength of the connection plate in the pressure device,it is found that the pressure of the connection plate can meet the requirements of 1870 N.The correctness of the simulation results is verified by experiments.
