| Emulsion explosives are the most popular explosives in the civil explosion industry.It is widely used in various industrial blasting operations.As the production of emulsified explosives increases year by year,the quality requirements for it are getting higher and higher.Reflected in the stability of emulsion explosives.Whether the emulsified explosive is stable is composed of four factors: the selection of raw materials,the ratio of raw materials,the manufacturing process and the storage environment.Even if all the factors affecting the indicators are within a reasonable range,the final emulsified explosive does not necessarily reach the stability standard,Traditional measurement methods are difficult to achieve rapid determination of the stable performance of emulsified explosives.Based on the above reasons,in order to be able to quickly measure the stability of emulsion explosives and ensure the use and storage quality of emulsion explosives,the main research contents of this article can be summarized as the following three points:(1)Starting from the selection of raw materials for emulsified explosives,the ratio of raw materials,the manufacturing process and the storage environment,the factors affecting the stability of emulsified explosives are analyzed,and the theoretical methods used in the stability measurement model are analyzed.(2)Based on the deep neural network structure,an emulsion explosive stability measurement model was established,the network structure was optimized and modified,and a long-term and short-term memory structure with time series characteristics was added.An algorithm with weight coefficients was constructed on the algorithm.It is applicable to the target loss function under multiple input parameters.By comparing the algorithms used to build measurement models,the model’s measurement accuracy and generalization ability are further improved.It can reach 95% on the emulsion explosive stability data set used in the industrial field.The above measurement accuracy realizes real-time feedback on the stability measurement results of the emulsion explosive,ensures the use and storage quality of the emulsion explosive,and effectively improves the measurement efficiency.(3)An emulsion explosive evaluation system is designed.The system achieves the overall linkage measurement of the system by obtaining input parameters in the foreground,the measurement model of the docking emulsion explosives in the front desk,and calling the database in the background.It can be docked,and can predict and monitor the stability of emulsion explosives in a selected time range according to industrial needs.It provides strong support for the stability measurement of emulsion explosives at the system application level. |
