The oil well produced fluid is usually a multi-phase mixed fluid,so different phases need to be separated and collected,and then processed separately.The cyclone is the main separation equipment used,which has the advantages of simple structure,high separation efficiency,and small footprint.Since the produced fluid targeted at this article is a mixture of three phases of oil,water and sand,it needs to be separated by a three-phase cyclone.At present,there are few studies on the three-phase cyclone,and the reference for the practical application of the project is lacking.Therefore,research on the content of the three-phase cyclone was carried out.In this thesis,the crude oil processing route is first determined,and then the important separation equipment oil-water-sand cyclone is designed,and the numerical simulation method is used to improve the separation efficiency as the goal.Optimized.The cyclone designed in this thesis is a series cyclone,the primary cyclone is a dehydration cyclone,and the primary cyclone and secondary cyclone are connected through an intermediate transition.The primary cyclone is a double tangential inlet,and the cone section adopts the form of a double cone section to improve the separation performance of the cyclone.A built-in thimble structure is added to the bottom end of the primary cyclone,which can accumulate the oil and improve the separation efficiency of the oil phase.The secondary cyclone is a three-phase separation cyclone.The secondary cyclone adopts an in-line inlet to improve the compactness of the overall structure,and uses the form of underflow tube insertion to separate the sand phase.Because there are many sizes to be determined for the cyclone,the method of orthogonal test is used to optimize the structure size of the three-phase cyclone.Firstly,the influence of each factor on the separation efficiency is analyzed,and the optimization range of each factor is determined.Then the SPSS software was used to generate the orthogonal table,and the analysis of variance was used to analyze the influence of each structural parameter on the separation efficiency of the cyclone.Because the cyclone designed in this thesis is a series cyclone,when optimizing,first optimize the first-level cyclone,and then optimize the second-level cyclone.The oil phase separation efficiency of the optimized cyclone reached 85.45%,the water phase separation efficiency reached 70.42%,and the sand phase separation efficiency was 99.94%.
