With the rapid economic development,China needs to import a large amount of crude oil from foreign countries every year to meet domestic demand.During the transportation of oil tankers,if the concentration of oil and gas in the tank is too high,it may cause an explosion of the oil tank.In recent years,with the opening of polar routes and the exploitation of polar oil fields,people have become more and more concerned about the risk of polar oil tankers polluting the environment.With the smooth flow of the Arctic route and the increase in the number of polar oil tankers,the safety of oil tanker operations and the pollution of the polar environment have received much attention.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the transport state of oil tanker in the polar environment,the properties of oil and the influence factors of sloshing are determined,and the convection heat transfer process of oil is described according to the differential equations of energy conservation,mass conservation and momentum conservation.According to the flow characteristics of oil in the sloshing tank,dynamic grid technology is used to realize the sloshing state of oil in the tank,and the oil and gas diffusion and sloshing are closely combined by RNG turbulence model.Secondly,by establishing a scaled numerical model to simulate the changing characteristics of the temperature field and concentration field of cargo oil at different environmental temperatures,the difference between the temperature field,velocity field and concentration field of cargo oil in the polar environment and the normal temperature environment is analyzed.Research based on the distribution of oil and gas field the concentration compartment;and analyzing the difference between the sloshing under hydrostatic conditions summarized sloshing effect on the temperature field and the field of oil and gas concentration.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the volatilization mechanism of oil and gas in the cabin during the transportation of oil and gas in the polar environment,and at the same time,it is of guiding significance for the safe transportation,reducingthe operating cost and reducing the pollution of the polar environment.
