The long-term development of society is inseparable from the supply of energy.my country is a major importer of crude oil,and most of its import transportation methods use large-capacity and low-cost marine transportation.The oil storage tank is one of the key equipment for maritime transportation and land transfer and storage.When the ambient temperature is high,the light hydrocarbon components in the crude oil in the oil storage tank will volatilize,causing partial loss;and when the temperature is too low,the crude oil will have a viscosity increase and a higher pour point,resulting in a decrease in the fluidity of the crude oil,Increase resistance,et al.Therefore,temperature control measures for oil storage tanks are the key to solving the above problems.This article analyzes and summarizes the common methods applied to the temperature control of oil storage tanks,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.It is proposed to use phase change materials to control the temperature in the oil storage tank through its own characteristics of absorbing and releasing heat during the phase change process,while improving the energy Utilization rate,developed polyethylene glycol shaped composite phase change material suitable for oil tank temperature control,and studied the phase change performance and the feasibility of applying the oil tank temperature control.In this paper,dopamine(DA)is selected as the raw material,and polydopamine microspheres(PDAM)are formed by oxidative polymerization,and using it as a carrier,using polyethylene glycol(PEG)as the core material,and prepared by vacuum impregnation method with good heat storage performance Of polyethylene glycol/polydopamine(PEG/PDAM)composite phase change materials.In addition,in order to increase the rate of heat absorption and dissipation of composite phase change materials,this paper also studies the enhancement of thermal conductivity of composite phase change materials.Inspired by the good adsorption effect of dopamine on metal ions in wastewater,this article uses polydopamine microspheres synthesized by bionic method to adsorb copper ions in copper nitrate solution,and then pyrolyze and reduce it at high temperature to form porous carbon microspheres-copper particles(CMS-Cu),and using vacuum impregnation method to load polyethylene glycol to prepare a composite phase change material(PEG/CMS-Cu)with high thermal conductivity and good heat storage performance.In this paper,the microstructure and thermophysical properties of the two composite phase change materials are characterized,and the interaction mechanism between the carrier and the core material is analyzed.The experimental results show that the heat storage capacity of PEG/PDAM increases with the increase of polyethylene glycol content,and its maximum enthalpy value reaches 133.20 J/g,while good heat storage capacity,excellent thermal stability and chemical compatibility PEG/PDAM has great potential in practical energy storage applications.In addition,the thermal conductivity of PEG/CMS-Cu has been significantly improved.Its thermal conductivity reaches 0.497 W/m K,which is 1.93 times that of polyethylene glycol.The maximum theoretical loading of polyethylene glycol in PEG/CMS-Cu is 60%,and the enthalpy is 101.5 J/g.In summary,good thermal stability and heat storage capacity are conducive to the application of PEG/CMS-Cu in heat storage and energy saving.In order to verify the effect of the composite phase change material in the temperature control of the oil storage tank,this paper calculates the heat loss of the crude oil absorbed by the two composite phase change materials based on the heat absorption and release characteristics of the composite phase change material and the premise of adiabatic heating For the required quality,add two kinds of composite phase change materials in different proportions to the oil storage tank,and calculate the theoretical temperature change of the crude oil.The results show that as the content of the composite phase change material increases,the temperature control range of the crude oil in the oil storage tank increases.Therefore,two kinds of composite phase change materials prepared in this paper had good feasibility for temperature control of oil storage tank.
