The silicone antifouling coating has important application prospects due to its non-toxic and environmentally friendly properties.However,the strength of the silicone coating is low,and it is easy to break and flake when the ship is in operation,which makes the application of the silicone antifouling coating limited.So,this paper carried out research on nano-composite silicone anti-fouling coatings.Considering that the dispersion of the nanoparticles in the silicone matrix and the interface characteristics with the silicone matrix have a significant impact on the performance of the coating,this paper proposes to use toluene diisocyanate and aminosiloxane to modify the surface of the nanoparticles,so that,the siloxane groups are.coated on the outside of the nanoparticles to improve the uniform dispersion of the nanoparticles in the organosilicon matrix.Moreover,the siloxane groups,can have a crosslinking reaction with the organosilicon matrix to form a chemical bond between the nanoparticles and the matrix.On the basis of the high elasticity of the silicone matrix,it plays a reinforcing role.Based on this research idea,this paper focuses on the rapid characterization method of the grafting of siloxane groups on the surface of nanoparticles,the process conditions of the grafting of siloxane groups on the surface of nanoparticles,and the antifouling performance and performance of nanocomposite silicone coatings mechanism.Mainly obtained the following research results:(1)Evaluation method for quick and convenient evaluation of the grafted siloxane groups on the surface of nanoparticles:add 10 mg of nanoparticles to 15 ml of xylene and disperse it with an ultrasonic cell mill for 5 min to obtain a suspension of nanoparticles,let stand for 10 min,use UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to measure the OD600 of the suspension and compare the OD600 of the nanoparticles grafted under different conditions.The higher the OD600,the more siloxane groups grafted on the surface.(2)Technological conditions for grafting siloxane groups on the surface of nanoparticles:heating N,N dimethylformamide solvent to 70?,adding 5%toluene diisocyanate and stirring for 10 min,then adding nanoparticles to react for 3 h,lowering After reaching room temperature,10%KH-550 was added to react for 5 h.(3)The ratio,mechanical properties and anti-fouling performance of the nano-composite silicone coating:the optimal addition amount of nano-titanium dioxide,nano-zinc oxide and carbon nanotubes is 1%,3%and 0.2%,respectively,the tensile strength was increased by 71%,55%and 42%respectively,and the adhesion strength of the simulated biological slime was decreased by 79%,74%and 73%respectively,indicating that the mechanical properties and antifouling properties of the nanocomposite silicone coatings studied were significantly improve.
