Nowadays,corn starch is widely used in various industries.In order to facilitate transportation and storage,China stipulates that the water content of corn starch should be no more than 14%.In the production process of starch,the dehydration and drying of corn starch have been widely concerned,so the continuous control process plays a decisive role.In this control process,how to realize on-line monitoring and real-time control of starch moisture content after drying has been the main problem affects the development of starch production industry.Here are many factors that affect the starch water content in the whole production process.At present,domestic enterprises have not found a method can realize the rapid measurement and real-time control of starch water content.Current development of domestic corn starch industry,in the actual production process,manual control is most widely implemented,which is slow and high-error.The traditional off-line measurement method is also used to measure the moisture content of starch after drying,which is time-consuming and inefficient.Some enterprises directly use on-site personnel touching method,which means judge the content of starch based on personal experience.Although the results can be obtained in a timely manner,the physical condition of workers and the changes of surrounding environment will interfere with the measurement perception,so the reliability of this measurement method is not high.In order to solve the above problems,it is particularly important to design a set of reasonable control system process to improve the product quality.This design is mainly for following content in-depth study: first is to optimize and improve the control process of corn starch dehydration and drying,adopt regulating valves which is used to input hot steam with “one drives four” energy-saving control to realize the stability of the outlet temperature of the air heater control.Second is the introduction of advanced testing equipment---Online Near-Infrared Analyzer,which can perform real-time on-line monitor of starch water content after drying.First order inertia digital filtering algorithm can reduce industrial field inertial high frequency interference under complicated electromagnetic environment on the impact of signal transmission,at the same time HDB-PID control algorithm can be used to solve the long-time lag and overshoot oscillation problems of control circuit,so as to make the starch drying process more rapid,more stable.The measured value after control optimization can be stabilized around the target value,the deviation and standard deviation are significantly reduced,then the control effect is stable and valid.At present,the average water content of starch has been increased from 12.46% to 13.16%,which is closer to the target value.In this way,the system stability can be achieved and corporate profits can be increased at the same time. |
