| With the rapid development of underground mining modernization,the mining depth and strength of underground mines are increasing,the number of mine with rockburst is also increasing,the frequency and strength of hydraulic support bearing impact load in the mine increases obviously,the research on dynamic overload characteristics of hydraulic support is becoming more and more important,The analysis and research on the dynamic load overload characteristics of the hydraulic support column has become one of the important contents of the hydraulic support mechanism researchThis paper analyzes and studies the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulically supported single telescopic power set legs for underground mines under dynamic load overload conditions.Based on the numerical analysis of MATLAB,the strength analysis of the stress value of the structural components under the conditions of static loading and dynamic loading of the single telescopic power set legs is carried out;based on the simulation analysis of AMESim and Workbench,the dynamic simulation model of the dynamic loading of the power set legs and the instantaneous structure are built respectively dynamic finite element analysis model to simulate the pressure-time curve of the power set legs cavity and the stress distribution of the cylinder and the live power set legs under dynamic load overload conditions;the dynamic load overload test was performed on the single telescopic power set legs,and the power set legs was loaded under dynamic load The pressure characteristic curve of the lower cavity and the deformation-time curve of the rigid body under overload loading conditions,the test data verified the reliability of the strength analysis and simulation calculation results.Comprehensive analysis of the above three analysis results,to carry out the analysis of the dynamic load overload characteristics of the single telescopic power set legs of the hydraulic support.The pressure,flow-time curve of the cylinder bore of the hydraulically supported single telescopic power set legs under dynamic load overload conditions and the stress-strain distribution of the cylinder,guide sleeve,and movable power set legs are obtained.In addition,the influencing factors for the dynamic load overload characteristics of single telescopic power set legs: the initial supporting pressure of the power set legs cavity,the length of the liquid power set legs in the power set legs cavity,whether the lower power set legs cavity is connected with a voltage stabilizing device,the gas volume of the accumulator,and whether the lower power set legs cavity is installed safely The valve was simulated and tested on the dynamic loading and overloading characteristics of the power set legs,and the pressure characteristics of the lower cavity of the single telescopic power set legs and the stress and strain distribution rules of the structural parts under different conditions were obtained.The research conclusion of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of hydraulic support impact power set legs,and provide relevant test data foundation and theoretical basis for the revision of GB25974.2—2010 " Powered Support for underground mines—Part 2: specification for Power set legs and rams"... |
