The main disasters caused by gas explosions in coal mines are the toxicity of the gas produced after the explosion, and the high temperature burning and high pressure damage during the explosion.Affected by the initial gas concentration, the disastrous nature of the explosion will be different. At present, there are few studies on the toxic gas after explosion and the temperature and pressure changes during the explosion. In view of this, this article experimentally studied the effect of different initial gas concentrations on the change of toxic gas components after the explosion and the effects of high-temperature and overpressure during the explosion.Through research,it was found that under the constant volume experimental conditions, after the initial gas concentration reaches 9%,H2 will be produced after the explosion. After the initial gas concentration reaches 9.06%,CO will be generated, and the mixed gas after the explosion of high concentration gas has the risk of secondary explosion;During the gas explosion, the temperature, temperature rise rate and temperature delay time change with the initial gas concentration, affected by the initial gas concentration and other conditions. When the initial gas concentration is 12%,the explosion temperature reaches the highest; The maximum value of the pressure during the explosion and the initial gas concentration satisfy the relationship of approximately quadratic function. The explosion pressure affects the temperature change to some extent. The research results can lay a solid theoretical foundation for disaster control, rescue and accident investigation after gas explosion.
