Water injection development is the main development method in Fanxue Oil Region.Reinjection after oil production wastewater treatment meets the standard can not only reduce oilfield development costs,but also protect the environment.It is necessary to purify the oil area sewage.When the water quality reaches the standard,it can effectively reduce on-site sludge It is more meaningful to achieve a win-win situation in terms of quantity,efficiency and environmental protection.A survey of the current status of sewage treatment in a sewage station shows that the amount of water in the station is unstable and the water quality has also changed;the sewage treatment equipment in the sewage station is simple,the coagulant purification agent is single,and the sewage treatment effect is not ideal.In view of this situation,indoor experiments conducted screening and evaluation of purification treatment agents,specific analysis of water quality indicators,types and amounts of inorganic purification agents,degree of hydrolysis and molecular weight of organic anionic polyacrylamide,and cationicity of organic cationic polyacrylamide.Six aspects of experiment: dosage,coagulation dosage order and stirring speed,types of oxidized iron remover and oxidation time;the results show that the dosage of oxidized iron remover is 30mg/L,polyaluminum ferric chloride is 80mg/L,anionic polyacrylamide is 10mg/L,cationic polyacrylamide is 5mg/L.The effective purification effect is achieved.The improvement of the on-site process flow is highlighted in the two-way flow inclined plate settling device and continuous air flotation flotation device.The field test confirmed that the purification effect is good;After more than half a year of application,the water quality reached the standard and the amount of silt in the station was reduced,which achieved an effective effect of reducing mud and increasing efficiency.
