Nowadays,in every process of crop cultivation,pesticides are indispensable.The quality of agricultural products is related to the "safety on the tongue" of the broad masses of the people.Pesticide residues have become an important part of food safety.The scientific and safe use of pesticides has a very important impact on crops,the environment,users and consumers.More and more people realize that pesticide residues in agricultural products must be controlled in a safe range.By controlling the amount of pesticide used and the interval between harvest,farmers can be guided to use pesticides safely and rationally,which can help improve the quality of agricultural products to some extent.In this paper,the pumpkin widely grown in the north and south of China was selected as the sample,and the digestion dynamics and residue experiments of amidine in pumpkin were mainly carried out.?.An analytical method for acetamiprid on pumpkin using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was established.In the blank sample of pumpkin,the recovery rate was determined by adding acetamiprid standard solution.The results showed that the recovery rate of acetamiprid added in pumpkin was 102.2%?108.5%,indicating that the accuracy of the method was good,relative standard The deviation is 5.3%?6.6%,indicating that this method has higher reproducibility.?.Two dynamic experiments were carried out in shandong and zhejiang provinces respectively.The soluble powder of 20%acetaminidine was used to control aphids on pumpkins.The half-life of degradation of acetaminidine in pumpkins was 8.2?27.7 days.?.In shandong,henan,hebei,jiangsu,zhejiang five residue tests have been carried out,using organism worm amidine soluble powder 20%,fairy tale with the medication 36?54 g/ha,2?3 times after applying pesticide,harvested from the last time for applying pesticide respectively set 7,10,14 days,totally worm amidine residues in pumpkin harvest as<0.01?0.321 mg/kg,so security clearances to get pumpkins can be set to 7 days.
