In the whole ecosystem,the natural environment of the wetland system is more conducive to the accumulation of mercury.Its suitable environment allows some mercury to be converted into organic mercury,which is more easily combined with organisms.While endangering the stability of the ecosystem,it will be accompanied by biological enrichment.Organic mercury can eventually enter the body and endanger health.The Liaohe Estuary Wetland is located in a special location at the junction of the Haihe River.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of human activities and the expansion of agricultural land,environmental issues related to the Liaohe Estuary have attracted widespread attention.Therefore,this paper uses carbon and nitrogen isotope techniques to determine the structure of the food chain,and studies the accumulation of mercury in the Liaohe Estuary food chain.In this study,from August 2018 to August 2019,sampling points were set up along the main rivers of the Liaohe River estuary in the Liaohekou area for sample collection,we mainly collected soil(salted soil,light beach soil,reed soil and paddy soil),and advantages.Plants(salt,reed and rice)and dominant animal samples.The stable isotope technique was used to measure the ratios of C and N stable isotopes in the samples,and the situation of bioconcentration in the food chain was further analyzed.Then,the construction of the food chain and the accumulation of mercury in the food chain were investigated.The findings are as follows:The results of using a stable isotope technique to build a food chain at the sampling point are: Beigang's food chain: Plant < Meat worm < Ant < Spider;Food chain of Bijialing: Organic matter in water < River crab < Nereis succinea < Mudskipper;Food chain of Dongguo Town: Plant < Moth,Leaf beetle,Mosquito,Ant <Spider;Food chain of Sandaogou: Organic matter in water < River shrimp,Nassariidae < River crab;Plant <Mosquito < Spider;Food chain of Shuguang Bridge: organic matter in water < River shrimp < River fish;Plant < Atractomorpha sinensis Bolvar,Mosquitoes,Ant < Spider;Food chains of Xingxin aquatic products: Plant < Ant < Spider;Organic matter in water <Tadpole < River fish.According to the determination,in the soil,the change range of mercury in Beigang is0.087~0.175mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Beinanjingzi is 0.035~0.197mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Bijialing is 0.089 ~ 0.249mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Dongguo Town is: 0.050 ~ 0.167mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Huanyizhi is: 0.024~0.150mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Sandaogou is: 0.066~0.152mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Shuguang Bridge is: 0.035~0.165mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Xinsheng Street is: 0.026~0.083mg/kg;the change range of mercury in Xingxin aquatic products is: 0.035~0.191mg/kg.In plant samples,the change range of mercury in Beigang is 0.019~0.242 mg / kg;the change range of mercury in Beinanjingzi is 0.019 ~ 0.161 mg/kg;and the change range of mercury in Bijialing is0.025 ~ 0.142 mg/kg;the range of mercury change in Dongguo Town is: 0.010 ~0.120mg/kg;the range of mercury change in Huanyizhi is: 0.015~0.269mg/kg;the range of mercury change in Sandaogou is: 0.040~0.079mg/kg;the range of mercury change in Shuguang Bridge is: 0.014 ~ 0.300 mg/kg;the range of mercury in Xinsheng Street is:0.020 ~ 0.100mg/kg;the range of mercury in Xingxin aquatic products is: 0.022 ~0.208mg/kg.In the animal samples that build the food chain,the accumulation of mercury in Beigang is: 0.061~0.355mg/kg;the accumulation of mercury in Bijialing is: 0.082~0.198mg/kg;the accumulation of mercury in Dongguo Town is: 0.051~0.230 mg / kg;the accumulation of mercury in Sandaogou is: 0.032 ~ 0.449mg/kg;the accumulation of mercury in Shuguang Bridge is: 0.078 ~ 0.195mg/kg;the accumulation of mercury in Xingxin aquatic products is: 0.086~0.189mg/kg.The data comparison results showed that the annual cumulative amount of heavy metals in soil and plant samples showed an increasing trend,and the accumulation trend of heavy metals was obtained by combining the relationship of nutrient levels in the food chain with the increase of consumers' nutrient levels.In this paper,the accumulation of Hg in Liaohekou's wetland food chain was studied,and the overall changing trend was a potential threat to human health.Therefore,the environmental problems in the Liaohe Estuary area should be taken seriously.
