With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the use of automobiles has become more and more popular, and energy saving and environmental protection have become the consensus of the society.More and more attention has been paid to automotive iron and steel materials.Pursuing high strength and plasticity is the goal of automotive materials. The high-entropy alloys developed in recent years have high strength, but their toughness is still insufficient. It is significant to develop high-strength plastic product high-entropy alloys with high strength and plasticity.Three kinds of alloys were designed:Fe-Mn high-entropy steel,C-free Fe-Mn high-entropy alloy,AlxCoCrFeNi high entropy alloy strengthened with Al.According to the experimental results, the microstructure of forged Fe-Mn-Al-C high entropy steel after solid solution treatment at 1000?×1 h is obtained as fcc, which gives high entropy steel a large deformation hardening index n,and its n value is in the range of 0.4%.So that the flexor strength is relatively small, and the plasticity is increased. The plasticity of forged Fe-Mn-Al-C high entropy steel can be significantly improved by decreasing the strain rate. The effect of Mn and A1 contents on the plasticity and strength plasticity of forged Fe-Mn-Al-C high entropy steel. The elongation of Fe-22Mn-1.34Al-0.15C alloy is 78%and the strong plastic product is up to 52785 MPa%,which fully shows its excellent plasticity.Fe-Mn high entropy alloy has good plasticity, but its strength velocity is low.Al strengthening high entropy alloy strength is higher, but because of as-cast dendrite causes plasticity to decrease, have moderate strength and plasticity, strong plastic product is higher.
