When the tap water contains Ca(HCO 3)2 and Mg(HCO 3)2 with temporary hardness,the insoluble precipitate produced by decomposition during heating process.Scaling of heating pipes can reduce the thermal efficiency by more than 30%,which wastes energy and increases the cost of use.This paper studies and develops water treatment methods and devices suitable for residential water-related appliances,which provides technical basis for centralized regeneration and decentralized use of ion exchange resins in residential(or hotel)buildings.The purpose is to reduce the energy consumption and carbon dioxide and detergent emissions of end users,and extend the service life of related electrical appliances;improve the decontamination ability of water quality and the effect of skin care and health care,improve the quality of life and promote the construction of low-carbon culture.The experimental results are as follows:1.First,the use form of cation exchange resin was adjusted to aluminium type and packed into non-woven mesh bag.According to the configuration of one shell and two bags,the resin bag inside the shell can be replaced at any time by itself.2.Comparing the effect of hardness removal between sodium cation exchange resin and aluminum cation exchange resin in batch treatment of tap water,the reason that sodium type is better than aluminum type at the initial stage of operation is that only temporary hardness is removed by aluminum type resin,and the reason that aluminum type is better than sodium type at the later stage is that composite hydroxides are formed,which has the retention ability to remove temporary hardness.Moreover,the pH value of treated water with aluminium resin is lower than that of sodium resin,which is conducive to inhibiting scale growth.3,Composite field electrochemistry regeneration resin bag;The volume of the resin regeneration cell is 4 liters,the double electric fields are 12 V and 5 V,respectively,and the continuous regeneration time is set to 72 hours.The electrolytes use tap water and tap water plus 1%lemon dry.The results show that tap water plus 1%lemon dry reproduction is better than simple tap water.
